Notably, in 2008, she spearheaded the development of Mongolia's inaugural 5-star hotel, marking a significant milestone in the nation's hospitality sector. Subsequently, in 2011, she played a pivotal role in the establishment and enhancement of "HD" format Mongolian Television LLC, elevating it to prominence as one of the most widely viewed TV channels in the country. Her expertise and contributions caught the attention of national leadership, leading to her appointment in February 2021 as a distinguished member of the Government of Mongolia, assuming the pivotal role of Minister of Culture and as of March 2023 Nomin Chinbat has become the head of National Commitee for International Communications and Media.
